Where are your products made?

All of my products are lovingly handcrafted in beautiful Tasmania, where nature’s beauty serves as my greatest inspiration. From delicate jewellery to stunning wall art, every piece is thoughtfully created with a deep appreciation for the natural world.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Australia Shipping & Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via Australia Post (Standard or Express delivery) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times:

- Major cities: 3-5 business days

- Remote areas: Delivery may take longer

Shipping Rates:

Free Standard Shipping on orders over AU$100 within Australia

Orders under AU$100 will incur a flat AU$15 Standard Shipping fee at checkout

International Shipping & Processing Times

We are happy to offer international shipping outside of Australia! All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via Australia Post (International Standard or Express delivery) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Times:

- Standard International: 10-20 business days (depending on the destination)

- Express International: 5-10 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

International Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Tracking is provided for all international shipments.

- We currently do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions—please contact us if you're unsure about your location.

- Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for items that arrive damaged. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or for change of mind.

To initiate a return, please email cheryl@cherylheit.com.au with your order details. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer wholesale for your jewellery?

How should I care for my Rockyknoll jewellery?

- Keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals such as perfume.

- Remove before engaging in activities where it may come into contact with water.

- Gently clean your jewellery with a soft lint free cloth after each wear to remove any oil and dirt buildup.

How can I join the waitlist for a puppy or kitten?

Thank you for your interest in my beloved Pedigree Golden Retriever puppies or Birman kittens! To ensure that each of my animals finds a loving and responsible forever home, I kindly ask all potential adopters to answer a few questions before being added to the waitlist.


To apply for the waitlist, please send an email to cheryl@cherylheit.com.au with the subject line: "Waitlist Application – Puppy/Kitten." Please include your name and contact number and we will be in touch via phone. 

These are some of the questions I will ask on the phone call:

1. Have you owned a dog or cat before? (If yes, what breed and experience?)

2. Do you currently have any other pets? (If yes, what kind and how do they interact with other animals?)

3. Do you live in a house or an apartment?

4. Does the puppy have space to play and run outside? (For dogs)

5. Will your cat be indoors only, or will it have safe outdoor access? (For cats)

6. Do you have a secure yard or enclosed outdoor space?

7. Are all members of your household comfortable with having a dog/cat?

8. Do you or anyone in your home have pet allergies?

9. Who will be the primary caregiver for the puppy/kitten?

10. Are you prepared for the time, effort, and financial commitment of owning a dog/cat?

11. How many hours a day will the puppy/kitten be left alone?

12. Are you committed to providing a lifelong home for this pet (10–15+ years)?

13. Would you be open to staying in touch with updates about your pet?

If your answers are favourable and align with my adoption standards, you will be added to the waitlist and contacted when a suitable puppy or kitten becomes available. Please note that my animals are only available to homes based in Tasmania, Australia.
